Customer Service Representative
A local call center is looking to add energetic, professional, and dependable Customer Service Representatives to its workforce in Augusta, GA. The ideal applicant is a self-starter with a professional phone manner motivated to sustain quality service. This is an entry level position with multiple shifts.
- Act as a contact person to customers who have questions regarding services offered and/or billing inquiries.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding services to support.
- Resolve issues in a timely manner, maintaining clear communication with customer.
- Interact with a variety of audiences including members of the call center service team.
- 1-2 years of stable work history, prior inbound customer support preferred
- Excellent communication skills and problem solving abilities
- Strong data entry and software skills
- High School diploma and/or equivalent
